Regarding dissemination activity, after each activity helded within the project, Bistrita Penitentiary sent a written report to Ministry of Justice, to National Administration of Penitentiaries (The Department for External Cooperation and Projects and to the Social Reintegration Department), in which are detailed all the activities and the impact on the participants, included proposals that can be implemented in Romanian prison system.

In July, at the live-meeting that was held with all representatives from  the social reintegration departments in all Romanian prisons, Bistrita Prison exposed information about the training course that was organised by Bistrita Penitentiary and in Italy.

Another opportunity to disseminate the activities carried out in Educate project was in September 2017, at the annual meeting for the managers of psychosocial assistance in prisons.

Bistrita Penitentiary succeded in including an article presenting EDUCATE in the EPEA (European Prison Education Association)`s newsletter (#8, 2018), in order to share results with other expert in the field at European level.

On 19th of October, the managers from Social Reintegration Department of Bistrita Penitentiary participated at Gherla Penitentiary, to the regional meeting for analysing the educational and psychosocial activity developed by prisons from North-West region of Romania.

The event was an opportunity for Bistrita Penitentiary to promote the good practices models of work, in general, mostly the outcomes of EDUCATE project, in particular: the main objectives, the activities (transnational meeting, training courses), the outcomes (the profile of competences for prison educator, the social reintegration model after release and the integration on labour market). It was presented a special material with the most innovative aspects of the project (the social cooperatives model, the therapeutic community, collaboration with NGO`s and economical agents that can empower social reintegration of inmates).

The audience was positively impressed by the overall presentation, asking details about the outcomes and the possibility of initiating collaboration with international partners with whom to develop projects that can improve the recuperative intervention towards inmates.

The presentation was sent to all the participants (the managers of Social Reintegration Dpt. from five prisons), in order to be disseminated to their co-workers.

The meeting aimed at obtaining information on how the social reintegration activities can be diversified and optimized and the participants agreed on ways to improve the impact and efficiency of programs dedicated to the social reintegration of detainees by updating the contents of the existing ones, work together to initiate changes not only to national level, but to an international one.
